ASD and Christmas, guidance to see you through the festive period

Christmas can be an exciting and fun time, but it can also be stressful. People with autism may be confused or distressed by all the new activity in the household at Christmas, and this can be upsetting for the rest of the family. These links provide tips and guidance to see you through the festive period.

SEN Parent and carer forum workshops – 18 November 2010

These workshops are for parents and carers of children and young people with complex or challenging behaviour. They provide an opportunity to get involved in planning how their child’s needs can best be supported in schools.

There are 2 workshops – One during the day and one  in the evening specifically for parents and carers of children on the autistic spectrum.
