The David Hardie Project and Student Community Action have once again joined forces to bring special children in Cambridgeshire a Christmas Party bonanza!!

'The principles of unconditional parenting' with Neil Davies (a PPS event) - 30 November

 

Following the success of a recent Parent Partnership Service (PPS) event for parents/carers in Wisbech, with Educational Psychologist Neil Davies, some parents requested another opportunity to meet Neil to explore further some of the issues he raised. Neil will now lead a session called “The principles of unconditional parenting” and it's open to all parents (regardless of whether you attended the first session).

 

The event will provide:

Family Talk

Family Talk is a 6 week practical course for parents/carers of children aged 2- 5 years. It was developed by the Speech and Language Therapy Department at the Bristol Royal Hospital for children.

It follows a flexible programme of activities and discussion, during which adults get together to explore ways of making communication and play with their children fun and rewarding.

Each week families will receive a Chattersack toy bag to take home to borrow. Sessions include:

(For families with at least one 0-5 yr old)

2 - 4yrs: 10am - 11am
