Next Steps, part of Advocacy Partners Speaking Up, have just begun planning a new and exciting project aiming at supporting individuals that are on the Autistic Spectrum working towards gaining employment. This could be anything from developing and enhancing work ready skills, confidence building, finding work placements, support with application forms, CV’s and interviews and where appropriate finding employment.

Those attending will gain an understanding and insight into the world of individuals living with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder. It will also help to provide the necessary tools and strategies in a person centred way, with which to move forward.
